Skyline Services

Skyline Plaza Management, desk clerks, employees and resident volunteers provide a variety of services and activities to help make living at Skyline Plaza comfortable, enjoyable, hassle-free and safe.

Management Office

The Management Office is located adjacent to the lobby off the North Gallery and provides a variety of services to the residents including: move-in, reservation of the freight elevator, car registration, handling of complaints/problems, reservation of party and card rooms, security keys, garage openers and other items.

9 am - 5:30 pm Monday, Wednesday - Friday
9 am - 7 pm Tuesday

Front Desk

The Skyline Plaza Front Desk is the hub of activity 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and holidays.

Desk clerks provide reception and secretarial services, issue guest parking passes, control keys for common areas, control admit slips, accept requests for services, maintain liaison with the security guards, initiate responses to emergencies when the Management Office is closed, monitor the message boxes and perform other miscellaneous services. The desk clerks also receive small packages.


The maintenance staff provides limited in-unit emergency service and does minor repairs on a "time-available," fee basis for the residents.

In addition, free extermination service is offered to the residents as a precaution against infestation.


All doors to the common areas of the buildings have high security electronic locks, and they can only be unlocked with the security key fob. In addition, the buildings, garages, and grounds are protected by uniformed guards, camera surveillance, and members of the Neighborhood Watch program.

Commercial Services

A convenience store, valet shop and beauty salon on the B-2 Level of the South Building are available for use by the residents.


SKYLines, the official newsletter for Skyline Plaza, keeps residents advised of happenings in the community, highlights of Board meetings and committees and other items of interest. The monthly calendar provides details on recreational/social activities, club meetings, committee and Board meetings, classes and other events.

A master antenna system provides residents with Washington-Baltimore TV stations. Residents may also subscribe to a cable system.

Official announcements of interest and importance are posted on the Bulletin Boards on the Gallery and Garage Levels of each building.
