Skyline Plaza Features
Skyline Plaza offers recreational facilities and a host of activities for the residents.
Fitness Centers
These facilities are located on the B-1 Level of both towers. Each consists of a locker room and an exercise room equipped
with a jogging machine, incline board, barbell sets and weight machines. There is also a sauna, steam room, showers and bathrooms. All
residents can use both facilities and must be at least 18 years of age.
Hours of Operation
6 am to 11 pm Daily (except for cleaning between 2 pm & 3 pm).
Billiard Room
Located on the Penthouse Level of the North Building, the Billiard Room contains two regulation size billiard tables with
cue racks. No one under the age of 12 is permitted to use of this facility and persons between the ages of 12 and 18 must be
accompanied by an adult resident.

10 am to 10 pm daily
Outdoor Pool
Skyline's fabulous pool is designed to accommodate young and old whether sunbathing on the
terrace or swimming laps.
In addition a children's pool is located on the terrace.
Each season the pool is open at hours specified by the Board of Directors or as circumstances dictate.
To be admitted to the swimming pool area, a child under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must remain the entire time the child is in the pool area.
Children between the ages of 6 and 12 may be required to demonstrate their ability to swim to the life guard before they are allowed in the deep areas of the pool.
Party & Card Rooms
Two party rooms are located at Skyline Plaza on the Penthouse Level of the North and South Towers. The rooms are fully
furnished and each contains a fully equipped kitchen.
The party rooms may be reserved by the residents for their personal use for a reasonable fee. (Certain rules and restrictions apply.)
In addition, each tower offers a card room on the Penthouse Level. The card rooms are fully furnished and suitable for smaller gatherings. These rooms are also available to the residents for their personal use at a reasonable fee. (Certain rules and restrictions apply.)

10 am to 1 am - Friday & Saturday
Media Room
Offers 2,500+ titles and is located on the B1 Level of the North Tower. A volunteer is always
present to greet you and help you with your selection.

3 pm to 4 pm - Sunday
7 pm to 8 am - Tuesday
Rooftop Terraces
Enjoy the panoramic views of Old Town Alexandria and our Nation's Capital from our rooftop terraces located on the Penthouse Level of both Towers. During warm weather enjoy the out of doors, work on your tan or socialize with your neighbors in a peaceful setting.
Recreation
The Recreation Committee sponsors different events such as movie nights, social bridge, foreign movie nights, potluck dinners and much more!
Neighborhood Watch
The Neighborhood Watch program is an important enhancement to our security at Skyline Plaza. We have many residents who participate in Neighborhood Watch because they value it's purpose which is to help deter crime and vandalism. Our Neighborhood Watch program is directly supported by the Fairfax County Police Department and more specifically by the great folks at the Mason District Police Station.
